National Council On Education For The Ceramic Arts is the national professional organization for ceramic artists and educators. NCECA promotes and improves the ceramic arts through education, community-building, research and creative inspiration. NCECA offers programs, events and publications to support its membership of artists, educators, students, individual and corporate art patrons, gallery owners, museum curators and providers of ceramic arts-related products and services. They hold an annual conference which brings together ceramic suppliers, artists, and educators.
Potters Council was formed to create an international community of potters and ceramic artists dedicated to supporting each other by sharing, ideas, insights, and advice. They provide business and career opportunities, health insurance, online artist portfolios, discounts on art books, newsletters and more. They also sponsor a members exhibition at the annual NCECA conference.
