SACA is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Founded in the mid 1980s, SACA has been the premier clay organization in this part of the Grand Canyon State for over 25 years.

SACA Mission Statement:

Southern Arizona Clay Artists was formed to provide a greater understanding and appreciation of clay to the community at large and to provide a cooperative network for clay artists both professionals and enthusiasts. This is accomplished through workshops, show opportunities, lectures, slides, 
and discussion groups.
• Exhibitions
    Juried SACA members have the opportunities to participate in a number of shows
    throughout the year to sell their work

• Education
    SACA offers a number of workshops each year featuring well known artist from
     throughout the United States

• Mentoring, Networking and Social Opportunities
     SACA members support one another and meet regularly to share new ideas  

• Marketing & Materials
    SACA members can share information through the monthly newsletter and enjoy
     discounts on materials. SACA members are also list

• Provide Art to help the Community
      SACA members give their time, talent and treasure to raise funding for local food     banks through their empty bowls program and for art education through
